About Our Products
How are your products made?
This will vary a bit between items, but our jewelry and plush creations are all handmade. Plush creations are typically hand-cut and sewn from start to finish, with limited to no machine use for larger pieces.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
This is going to depend on the item; for one-of-a-kind plush, the answer is usually going to be ‘yes.’ Larger plush lines will include some variation, but you will usually receive one of the items that has been pictured. Jewelry items and dice will be very close to the photos, but there could be very slight variation in the exact color patterns for any design that uses mixed colors. Items using natural materials may vary even more.
What materials do you use?
Product materials vary by item and are listed when possible. If you have allergies or material concerns, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
On Custom Orders
Do you take custom requests?
Officially, customs are closed at the moment due to our tight schedules and some ongoing issues with supply chains. Unofficially, we may still consider requests specifically for our Elf and Goblin plush, and you are of course free to reach out to us!
On Plush
Are your plush companions meant for children?
Some items may contain small parts or accessories and may not be suitable for very young children, as these are made to be interactive art pieces with teens and adults in mind. Please review individual product information before making a purchase.
Are there any special requirements for care and maintenance?
Dolls should be handled with care and spot-cleaned only — never to be completely soaked/submerged in water or used in a commercial washer or dryer! They are sewn by hand and glued in certain areas, so they will not hold up to machine use.
What do the plush come with?
All full-sized Adventurer plush come with a signed adoption certificate.
What makes your plush special?
Our plush companions are highly unique, being entirely hand-crafted. Many of them are made with one of a kind designs that are not repeated. But they’re not just cute: they’re also interactive! Their magnetic hands can hold a wide assortment of accessories, and they can even hold each others’ hands.
Orders and Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Shipping times will vary depending upon when the order was placed during the week, availability, and whether or not the item was pre-made or made-to-order. Most pre-made items will ship within 3-5 business days via UPS or USPS; made-to-order items will have their own time frame listed under the product details.
Do you accept cancellations or returns?
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Returns are generally not accepted for handmade items unless an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order. Because many items are handcrafted and some are one-of-a-kind creations, returns are generally not accepted for these types of items. This helps ensure quality, cleanliness, and the integrity of handmade products.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with the wrong item being sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos if possible.
Note: Purchases made at in-person events may have different return limitations.
Lastly, custom or personalized orders are non-refundable once work has begun. For bigger products in which a deposit has been placed instead of a full payment, the deposit is considered non-refundable even if further work has been canceled by the buyer.
Do you offer local pickup?
This feature is unavailable at the moment, but we plan to offer this option in the future!
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this point in time.
Where to Find Us
Where can I purchase your products in person?
Currently, The Felted Dragon maintains a weekly stall at the Bixby Park Farmer’s Market. This is our only ongoing in-person event for the time being.
Where can I purchase your products online?
At the moment, our products are only available online in our Etsy shop, but we are working on setting up a shop on this site, as well.
