Meet… Sølvi!
I’m the creator of the store and all of its products.
Meet… Midna!
Midna is my cat. She provides moral support and background noise while I work. She occasionally ‘works’ as a tester for my handmade cat toys.

ABOUT
My Story
I began making my first series of dolls back in 2013. My very first doll was based off of a more mythological take on Loki/Loptr from the Norse pantheon. I came up with the prototype by drawing and cutting out the designs out on paper, stuffing it with the leftover cuttings crumpled up, and taping it shut. Maybe it wasn’t the most elegant way of going about it, but that’s how I made my own toys as a kid — out of paper and tape!
The first design didn’t turn out quite as I envisioned it, but I refined it a bit and made a few more. Back then, my dolls were all around 7-8 inches tall; now I use much larger cuts of fabric, so they’re roughly twice the size and perfect for hugging! It started out as a fun hobby and ended up turning into something much bigger as I found my niche: crafting plush toys & collectibles for obscure interests and fandoms.
Inspiration
I tend to make whatever I feel inspired to make and usually have 1-2 themes in mind for a particular month. For example, February’s line of dolls will follow the Greek theme.
Materials
The dolls themselves are made out of quality felt and yarn. As for their clothing and accessories, it really depends on what I’m going for: many of my dolls use recycled materials for their designs — so once that material runs out, that’s it!
Features
All of my dolls have magnets in their hands so that they can hold and interact with all of my magnetized accessories!
Process
I usually work on sets of 24-30 dolls one month at a time and release them in themed lines, such as ‘dark elf’ or ‘vampire.’ I plan each line well in advance, and once I have all of the materials I need it takes about two weeks to finish a full line.
Prices
Prices for my dolls vary depending upon the level of complexity for the design and cost of materials. Simple designs range from $39-$49, with more intricate designs being $59+. Sometimes I will place dolls from older lines on clearance from $25-$35!
